SOIL WASHING SYSTEM

Baioni Company designs, manufactures and erects Soil Washing plants for the remediation of soils contaminated by different types of contaminants: heavy metals, hydrocarbons, pesticides, etc. Soil Washing installations are made for the treatment of contaminated soils in order to recover the valuable part which is identified as the alternative resource to reduce the need for new quarries and landfills.
Soil Washing is a technique based on the separation of contaminating substances through a washing process using water or fluid. This process consists of different steps that include excavating soil, removing rubble, crushing soil/aggregates if any, reclaiming treatment (through washing using water enhanced with extraction agents as required and/or mechanical friction), final classification and mud treatment. We can also supply turnkey plants, slutty (chemical and physical) treatment line as well as all survey and analyses for classifying soil before and after the treatment.
